Jishao Han’s research interestsinclude science, technology, medicine and religions in Medieval China. He has published threeacademic monographs (HowDaoist Alchemy InfluencedChineseScience; Daoist Alchemy andSino-foreignCulturalExchanges;Huangdi jiuding shendan jingjue:Collation and Commentary to a Daoist Encyclopedia on Science and Medicine.) and more than fifty articles. He is also one of the mainauthorsofA History of Science and Technology inTaoism(three volumes).
